Willis E. Dobbins, age 63 yrs. of Omaha. Passed away after a short battle with ALS. Retired from Qwest after 32 yrs. He was a wonderful husband and devoted family man. Preceded in death by parents, Joanne and Hershel Dobbins; step-brother, Kenneth Uphoff; infant sister. Survived by wife, Dotty; children, Deb Rouse, Cindy Sherman, Kerri Stoetzel, Karl (Kim) Broekemeier, Mark (Teresa) Engle, Marci Etherington, Maggie (Doug) Stednitz; 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; step-mother, Esther Dobbins; brother, Bob (Rita) Dobbins; sister, Janet (Vern) Boeser; step-brother, Ron (Kay) Uphoff; step-sister, Deanna (Kendell) Allison; step-sister-in-law, Bev Uphoff; special friends, Butch Michael, Darrel and Joanne Swenson; numerous other family members, friends, and neighbors. Visitation, Wed 6:30 - 8:30 PM at Braman Mortuary. Funeral Service, Thurs 10:00 AM at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church, 15005 Q St. Omaha, NE 68137. Interment at Voss-Mohr Cemetery.
