VERONICA MAE TOMES, age 77, of Omaha, passed away on May 19, 2019. Veronica was born in Elkhorn, NE on February 4, 1942, to the late Joseph and Rose (Kucera) Tomes. She is survived by her son; Mike Barrett (Melissa), daughters; Karla Nadrchal, Brenda Anthony, Trisha Ostronic (Jeff), Heidi Barrett, grandchildren; Jimmy, Cole, Brittney, Dehvyn, Jordan, Brianna, Addison, Brandon, Patrick, Edward, Levon, Brodrick, Jahlina, Jaden, Delanee, Tavi, eight great grandchilden, bother; Joe Tomes (LaRue), sisters; Maxine Claussen, Mary Lueders and many nieces, nephews and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Nathan. Memorial service: Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10 am at Braman Mortuary 72nd St Chapel. Inurnment in Ridge Municipal Cemetery, Fremont NE with a luncheon to follow at Eagle's Club, 649 E Main St, Fremont NE. Memorials to the family.
