Thomas Bates Ellis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Thomas Bates Ellis, beloved son, brother, and uncle, on March 8th, 2025 at the the age of 45. Gone way too soon. Thomas will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and co-workers. He was known for his, wit, funny sense of humor, kindness, culinary skills, love for animals, and his absolute distrust of pickles. Thomas’s love and memory will live on in our hearts forever.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Gretchen Ellis, his father, Robert Ellis, his sister, Jane Agan, his brother-in-law, Bo Agan, and his nephew, Flynn Agan. A private service will be held in honor of Thomas’s memory on Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:OO pm at Braman Mortuary Millard Chapel, 6505 S. 144th Street.
