Theodore (Ted) C. Greene was born July 27, 1956 in North Carolina. He passed away February 16, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family. After graduating high school, Ted joined the Air Force where he served for 20 years before retiring. During his tenure in the Air Force he made lifelong friends and traveled to many places, including but not limited to: South Korea, Germany, and Saudi Arabia. Ted was a family man and would do anything within his power for his family. He loved his mother very much. He loved his wife. He loved the mothers of his children. There are many relatives in Arkansas and Virginia that he held very near and dear to his heart. And above all, he loved his five children and two grandchildren. Amongst his love for family, he loved a good movie or television show and was always looking for a new recommendation, especially in his years of retirement. He enjoyed playing games with family and friends like Farkle, A to Z, cards, Uno Attack, and bones. Also, we cannot forget his deep devotion to his favorite football teams: the Dallas Cowboys and Nebraska Cornhuskers. Ted could strike up a conversation with just about anyone he met. He had a knack for telling stories and was witty with his jokes. With his jokes came his infectious laughter that is unforgettable. He was preceded in death by his mother, Palis, and father, James. Left to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Tiffany; his children: Shaun, Jessica, Kelsey, Taylor (Jordan), and Aniya; his siblings: Mike, Darryl, Derrick “Chip”, Andre, and Rena; his grandchildren: Makenna and Ashton; along with many other treasured relatives and friends. We will always remember the powerful love and happiness he created when he was here with us. Rest easy, Chaunny.
