Tammy is reunited in death with her parents, Roy and Darlene Clark, her parents-in-laws, Gunnar and Maggie Nyholm, and her husband, Paul Nyholm.
Tammy is survived by her children Nick Nyholm (Emilie Stein) and Alexis (Joseph) Abebe; sisters-in-law Barb (Tim) Hurley, Cathy (Eric) Lengvenis, and Karen (Marc) Wallace; niece Audrey Salo; nephews Nathan Salo, Xander Wallace, and Zach Wallace; as well as countless other friends who she made family.
Tammy was born on July 5th, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from Ralston High School, she went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, while also working at It’s A Wonderful World Childcare.
From there she went on to become a teacher. Tammy loved her work as a substitute teacher in the Millard Public Schools. She enjoyed helping her students grow and felt fortunate to have great colleagues.
Tammy was incredibly loyal to the people she loved, and her greatest joy was spending time with them. She was there for you whenever you needed a confidant, an advisor, or someone to laugh with.
We will miss her greatly.
A celebration of life will be held at the family home with a date given at a later time.
