Andersen - Shirley Faye, age 67 of Omaha, NE went in peace on January 7, 2009. She was born to Ralph Sr. and Alice Satchell November 28, 1941 in Myrna, NE. She was preceded by, her parents, Jack Wayne Andersen, Kenneth Hamilton, Jim Fair, Letha Stratton and Precious (toy poodle). She graduated from Myrna High School. Shirley was married to Jack Andersen February 6, 1961. Shirley was an avid gardener. She is survived by her children: Starla Krause, Verna Andersen, Jacque Hamilton (Mark), Teresa Hamilton (Rob), Jeff Andersen (Sandy White Hawk), April Andersen. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and her siblings: Ralph Satchell Jr., Marlene Fix, Dick Timprley, Edwin Satchell, Jean Harding, Allen Satchell, Carylon Bubock, Gary Satchell, Jackie Larson, Charlene Modica, Linda Rynerson, Terry Satchell, and Donnie Fair. Celebration of Shirley’s life will be Saturday, 11:00 AM at Braman Mortuary (72nd St. Chapel). Visitation will be Friday, 5-8 PM at the Mortuary. Memorials can be directed to the family.
