FORMAN, Sheridan S. “Sheri” 4/6/1942 – 7/17/2017 Age 75 years Sheri graduated from Columbus H.S. in 1959.She graduated with a BSN from Methodist School of nursing and worked as a nurse for over 25 years.She was later a systems analyst for First Data. Preceded in death by father Thomas Williams & husband Allan Forman Survived by: Mother Maxyne Williams of Stromsburg, NE Son Evan C. Williams of Omaha, NE Sisters: Wylene Novicki of Fullerton, NE, Kristin Williams of Columbus, NE, Tammy Stokke & husband Gregg of Lincoln, NE. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, dear friends and her loving cats Sammy & Jack.
