Sheri A. Plum, 59, died unfortunately from COVID November 27, 2021, at Lakeside hospital. She was born January 8, 1962 in San Bernardino CA,the daughter of Patricia Gotsy and Edgar Beilfelt. She is survived by Dean Plum (husband), Kathy Herrera (sister), Edgar Beilfelt (brother), Robin Ridpath (daughter) Andrea Plum (daughter), Clinton Plum (son) Drew Plum (grandson) Mea Matulka (granddaughter), and several nieces and nephews. She graduated from Eisenhower High School, class of 1978. Following graduation, she had her eldest daughter Robin Ridpath. She was a member of The World Wide Church of God where she met her husband Dean Plum. Shortly after they married, she had her second child Andrea Plum then following her youngest Clinton Plum. Sheri Plum was a stay-at-home mother, she however had many different past times that include cooking, baking, jewelry making, crocheting, genealogy, and worshiping The Lord. She enjoyed spending time with her family to share her love for cooking and baking. She would teach her granddaughter how to make cake pops and loved spending time in the kitchen. She by far makes the best bruschetta as one of her friends would say. Her friends and family would also say she was the most compassionate person you would ever meet.
