Shelia Marie Beck, Loving Wife and Eternal Companion of Gary Vance Beck, passed away on December 13, 2018 in her home with her husband and daughter by her side. Shelia was born February 18, 1959 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was the second of five children. Shelia met Gary in Salt Lake City and they married on March 15, 1980 in Elko, Nevada. They later were sealed to each other for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on July 7, 1988. Shelia and her family lived In West Jordan, Utah from 1980 to 1989 until being transferred to Omaha, NE. Shelia was a devoted Mother and Grandmother who was very charitable to her church and other organizations in the Omaha area. Shelia was preceded in death by her Parents John and Jan Ciarus and brother James Ciarus. Shelia is survived by her Husband Gary Vance Beck, her Daughter Amanda Jones and Son in Law Todd Jones of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Four Grandchildren, Dillion Hawley of Bellevue, Nebraska, Christian Hawley, Raquel Hawley and Jaxon Max Jones of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Siblings Valerie Pierce(Brent), Kathleen Ciarus and Stephanie Maarse(Abel), and many other loving family and friends. Visitation: Monday, Dec. 17, 2018 from 5-7:00pm at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel) Celebration of Shelia’s Life: Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018 at 10:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (164th & Harrison St.) Interment: Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
