Sharon M. Uhing, 78 passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Omaha, NE.
Sharon was born on May 21, 1945, in Yankton, SD and was the middle child out of the three sisters. It was in Yankton where she met Ronald Uhing and they were married. Shortly after, they moved to Omaha, NE where they had their three children and raised their family. Her true passion in life was her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, dedicating herself to the happiness and well-being of her loved ones.
Throughout her journey, Sharon spent her time cooking for her family and enjoying the outdoors whether that was going to the live horse races or working in her garden. She was a hard worker and possessed incredible strength that allowed her to overcome any obstacle put in front of her. She embodied the importance of family and instilled many important values that will continue to guide us moving forward.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Tamara Stoller; children, Keith Uhing, Laurie (Sean) Foley, Kim (Robert) Markvicka ; grandchildren Karlie (Elliott) Hanson, Kyle Foley, Nichole (Joseph) McGauley, Cody Uhing; great-grandchildren Logan Foley, Meyer Hanson, Blake Hanson, Walker Hanson, soon to arrive Chandler McGauley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Rita Stoller; sister Judy Sudbeck.
As we bid farewell to our beloved Sharon, we find solace in the cherished memories we hold close to our hearts. Her spirit and love will forever remain.
