Sergio Enrique Barrios

BARRIOS, Sergio E. 10/31/2005 – 2/20/2020 Age 14 years of Omaha Sergio Enrique Barrios, an 8th grader at Buffett Middle School went home to Jesus on February 20th, 2020. He was born on October 31st, 2005 at Bergan Mercy Hospital. He is survived by his mother Rita Miller, father Les Barrios, sister Sonya Barrios, grandparents Linda Garcia-Dorta, Paula and Jose Barrios (Papi), aunts Maria Santiago-Garcia and Yvette (Nana) Barrios, uncle Jose (Tata) Barrios and many more. Sergio's name means Servant Leader. He will be remembered as someone who always looked out after others and would put others before himself. He brought so much love and joy in our lives and to those who were around him due to his warn hearted nature. Sergio was passionate about playing guitar, singing, and dancing. He also dearly loved his dogs, Ollie and Hooch. We know that he is without pain and now rests in God's arms. At this time, we must come together and remember Sergio's impact on us during his short but meaningful life.
