Born in Ovid, New York to Hazel and Lloyd Griswold, Bob was very proud to be a Marine after graduating from Ovid High School. Bob married Nancy in 1960 and they had five children. They moved from Buffalo NY to Omaha in 1976 with Western Electric. Bob was active at his church St. Stephen the Martyr and retired from Lucent in 1992. He thoroughly enjoyed his retirement by staying active riding his bike, running, swimming and camping. Bob is survived by his wife Nancy and children Teresa Buchholz (Robert), Robert II (Susan), Paul, Victoria Hawkins (Paul) and Melanie Schwab (Tyler). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Memorial Mass Friday, August 28, at Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church, 16701 S Street, Omaha, at 10:30 AM visitation with the family beginning at 9:30 AM.
