Ramona Faye Randall

Ramona Faye Randall, 77, of Omaha, Nebraska passed peacefully from this life on August 19, 2024. Ramona was born on July 30, 1947 to Walter and Doris Plessner in Norfolk, NE. Ramona married the love of her life, Jack Randall, on September 21,1963. To this union was born a daughter, Debbie and a son, Steve. Ramona was a devoted mother and wife who always loved a chance to celebrate by making delicious food for every occasion. Ramona especially enjoyed summer visits to Seventh Crow Wing Lake in Minnesota. Many fish pictures were well documented in family photos always with a huge smile included. She was proud of her career at Skyline Manor as activities director where many of the residents became like family to her. When her husband, Jack became ill, she loyally cared for him until his death in 2003. Perhaps Ramona’s favorite role of all was that of grandma. She loved doting on each of her grandkids and had the ability to make each one of them feel special and loved. Scooter's coffee runs, fishing trips and fresh cookies or cinnamon rolls were treasured Grandma memories. Ramona was preceded in death by her parents; brother; Paul (Roberta)
Plessner, and her husband; Jack Randall. She is survived by daughter; Debbie (Carl) of Indiana and son; Steve (Jani) of Elkhorn, seven grandchildren; Amanda Lane, Josh Lane, Alex Randall, Kayla Nunnenkamp, Abby Randall, Kelsey Nunnenkamp and Sydney Billups, and three great-grandchildren; Logan Randall, Baker Lane and Rowan Lane, sister; Virginia DeLance of California, brother; Dale (Rosemary) Plessner of Omaha,
sister-in-law; Susan Spangler (Harry) of Weeping Water and brother-in-law; Arnie Randall (Debbie) of Texas. A celebration of life service will be held on October 19th at 11:00 am at the Water’s Edge Church 19600 Harrison St.
