Prima E. Smith, Age 66, passed away at Immanuel Hospital on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.Prima was born in Santiago, Philippines on February 24, 1953 to Pedro and Josefa (Cardenas) Echavarre. Prima moved from the Philippines to Hawaii when she was a teenager. She later moved to Kearney, Nebraska and worked as a customer service manager for Walmart. She loved spending time with her family and prided herself on making a home that her children could always come back to for holidays, birthdays, and any other occasion. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and traveling to California, Hawaii, and the Philippines. Prima is preceded in death by her parents,Pedro and Josefa Echavarre; her brother Patrick Echavarre. Prima is survived by her sons, Charles Smith hiswife Mary Clare Liescheski, Joshua Smith; daughters Sarah Smith her husband Alex Miller, Bethany Smith and fiancé Adam Overmiller; sisters Mila, Wilma and Fe.
