Died Friday, October 11, 2013. A sophomore at Mount Michael High School, Nate was a member of the Cross Country and Soccer teams. An accomplished student, his future ambitions were to become a Navy SEAL and then a teacher. He loved music and played guitar. Nate enjoyed the outdoors, and was an avid fisherman. A loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend; he was preceded in death by grandfather Bob Sylvester. Survived by his parents, Dave Jr. and Beth LaFave; brothers, Nick and Chris LaFave; grandparents, Dave Sr. and Liz LaFave; grandmother Barb Sylvester of York, NE; aunts; uncles; cousins; and countless friends.
