Michael Lynn Sailors was born to Karen Rippen Sailors Brown and her first husband on June 9, 1961. He enjoyed watching football, baseball and working on jigsaw puzzles. He married Aimee Roxanne Reed in Creston, Iowa on December 27, 1992. Mike and Aimee welcomed a son, Antony Sailors, who was born on June 10, 1993. He worked for FDR in the mail sorting room until he retired in 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Aimee Reed Sailors, his biological father, his step father, Charles Brown, and brothers, Terri Sailors and Jim Sailors. Mike is survived by his mother, Karen Brown of McCook, NE, his step brother, Scott Brown (Stephanie) of Presque Isle, ME and his son, Antony Sailors of Omaha, NE. There will be a gathering of friends and family at the Braman Mortuary, 1702 N. 72nd St., Omaha, NE 68114 on Sunday, January 7th from 1 to 3 pm.
