Mary is also survived by her sister Elaine Cox and brother Fred McIntyre, both of Omaha, NE.
Mary retired in 1989 after 25 years working at Stauffer Chemical. In retirement Mary was an active member of the VFW Post 8334 and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling on cruises and dancing (when she could get Jim to dance). She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and word searches and was an excellent seamstress sewing many of her and her children’s clothes.
Mary cared deeply for her family and will be forever loved and greatly missed.
A private burial will take place at the Omaha National Cemetery
