BERG-SHUFFTY, Mary K. 10/19/1962 – 4/23/2019 Age 56 years of Omaha Mary Berg was a loving Mother, Grandmother, wife and friend. One of the warmest souls to walk the earth, she was born in Anaheim California on October 19th 1962 before moving to Omaha Nebraska where she lived most of her life. Part of the Graduating class of 1981, she was a proud Omaha North Viking. Mary enjoyed the outdoors whether it be gardening with her mom Betty, biking with her sons Tim and Terry or just sitting on her patio with her husband Steve enjoying the sunshine. In her days before meeting her husband, Mary was a single mother who worked hard to keep her family going. Being a Nurses Assistant at Douglas County, she made many friends and showed her sons the importance of having a strong work ethic. She loved spending time with her family and friends laughing and reminiscing. She was happiest while spending time with family. Especially the next generation that includes many grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews. Mary was preceded in death by grandmother Mary Baltes, parents Donald & Betty Berg, brother Donald Berg, Jr.; She is survived by her Husband Steven Shuffty; Sons: Timothy Berg & wife Crystal, Terry Berg; Sister Melissa Jackson; Grandchildren: Addi, Terry, Jr.; Niece and Nephews: Nichole, Matthew & Wife Jennifer, Skyler; Many other relatives and friends.
