Mark Allen Wagner September 23, 1961 - September 1, 2023 Mark lived a life full of love. He was a son, brother, uncle, and, most of all, a friend. Mark was the most incredible friend who would bend over backward for those he cared about and who got to be a part of his life. Let's face it: Mark was pretty choosy when picking friends, but he always made it look easy. He is known to give big bear hugs, crack jokes, and constantly smiling and laughing; he leaves us to do the same. When we think of Mark, some memories include his old Dodge van (which resembled the mystery machine) he used to drive, the wild hair standing straight up, the belly laughs he would belt out, teasing his nieces and nephews, calling his siblings “punk”, and his warm smile. Mark passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1st. He is finally reunited with his mother, Margaret “Peggy” and brother Richard “Gene” (also his best friend). He is survived by his siblings Retha (Chuck) Jackson, Joesph Thomas, and Sandy Saunders. His nieces and nephews love him (some of whom consider him a second Dad), and many, many friends. Mark will be missed deeply, but our memories together will be forever cherished. Ultimately, he would want everyone to come together and celebrate his life, not in sadness, but with laughter. We invite you to join us to celebrate Mark’s life on Sunday, September 10th at 1:00 pm - The Cabin Bar & Grill 9226 Mormon Bridge Rd. Omaha, NE 68152
