Linda (Quevedo) Kenefake was born on February 19, 1959 in Lincoln, Nebraska, and passed away on October 7, 2019 in Omaha, NE. Linda loved her job at Werner Enterprises and was an active member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends.She also loved caring for animals, and helping people in need at the Open Door Mission. Linda was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend to many, and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Brian Kenefake.Four children, Matthew Randall (Janice), Nicole Rae Henggeler (Todd), Steven Randall Jr., and Jessie Henggeler (Scott).Step-children, Amanda Starling (Duane), Briana Pace (Trey), and Jake Kenefake (Erin). Her mother, Virginia Quevedo, and siblings, Larry Carranza (Kathy), Marcus Quevedo, Gloria Allison (Charles), Stephanie Willard (Charlie), as well as nineteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Salvador Quevedo, her mother, Eleanor Carranza, her brother, Louie Carranza Jr., and infant grandson, Bryce Barber. Visitation: Monday, October 14, from 5-7 pm with a rosary at 7 pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 7790 South 192nd St. Omaha, NE 68028 Funeral Mass: Tuesday, October 15, 10 am, also at church. Interment: Resurrection Cemetery Luncheon to follow interment at church. Memorials to: Omaha Open Door Mission or Omaha NE Humane Society
