Leon R Kloke 1/14/1940 - 4/22/2019 Leon was born in Concordia, KS to Rudolph and Irene (Schmuecker) Kloke.He grew up in eastern Nebraska around West Point and in Omaha.Leon served in the Army and was stationed at the Presido outside of San Francisco, CA.He married andsettled in Omaha.Leon attended the University of Nebraska Omaha.He divorced and later remarried.He worked for OPPD as a Quality Assurance Inspector until his retirement in 1996.He was a lifelong bowler - he never achieved a perfect 300 but was still on the lanes until his illness.He bowled countless local, state and national tournaments.He enjoyed the comradery of his teammates and all of the fun times they had.He held numerous offices in leagues and in the local association.He was inducted into the Omaha Bowling Hall of Fame in 1989.Leon loved golf and had a hole in one at the former Cedar Hills golf course.He enjoyed fishing, most especially on trips taken in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho.He was proceeded in death by his parents.He is survived by his wife Sherri; brother, Norman Kloke; and children Kimberly Grady (Daniel), Karen Kloke, John Kloke (Amanda) and step-children Jamie Davis, Brandon (Dami) Millhollin and Cory Millhollin.Leon had 11 grandchildren: Alyssa, Ashley, Kara, Lindsey, Owen, Jackson, James, Quinn, Gage, Hudson and Leo.He was well loved by all.
