Laura Grace Salzbrenner, was born on May 28, 1932, in Omaha, Nebraska to Ernest E. Harpster and G. Ruth Harpster. She was a 1950 graduate of Technical (Tech) High School. She worked many years at her father’s Kenwood Feed Store and the National Park Service. Laura loved to bake and taught Sunday School at the RLDS Omaha Central Congregation. On Friday, May 11, 2018, Laura, age 85, passed away peacefully at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, Nebraska. As she transitions into eternal life she joins her loved ones whom preceded her in death; her son, Donald Salzbrenner; and brothers, Ernie and Larry Harpster. Laura leaves loving memories to be cherished by her daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Winfred Hangren, DeeDee and John Riggleman; 7 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
