Kyle Coleman Arnold

February 23, 1994 — April 13, 2024

Kyle Coleman Arnold, age 30, passed away on April 13, 2024. He was born in Omaha on February 23, 1994, to Glen and Mary Ann Arnold. Kyle went to Papillion - LaVista High School.

Growing up with his older sister Kayla, they spent many weekends and summers at their grandparent's, going on vacations, swimming and playing outside with friends in their neighborhood. Kyle was a master at the game Halo. He competed in Las Vegas in tournaments and won numerous awards. If you knew Kyle, you knew he enjoyed his share of mischief.

Kyle lived an active lifestyle. He spent his adulthood skydiving, going to the gym and “frolfing” (disc golf). He loved cars and motorcycles. Some would say he was a motorcycle enthusiast. His favorite quote was “four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul”.

Kyle worked as a dispatcher at Air Methods and later at Tri-V on second shift as a Machinist and was recently promoted to Tool Maker. Kyle loved his job and the people he worked with. Being accustomed to nights, Kyle spent his weekends driving for Uber. Kyle enjoyed the late night conversations with his passengers and found comfort in being the safe ride home.

Kyle loved his family with his whole heart and would do anything for them, and he carried this with him when he became an uncle to Zeke, Kendra and Ewie. Spoiling them was something he felt strongly about. He introduced Zeke to the love of spicy foods and enjoyed taking Kendra to the park. His unconditional support for his family is something that can never be replaced.

Kyle’s recent passion was long distance running. He liked to call them the “hardest races in the world” competing in marathons and 50-100 mile races. The longest distance Kyle completed was 95 miles. His aspirations were to compete in a triathlon and run a 200 mile race. On Christmas Eve of this last year (2023) Kyle set out on a run after midnight dressed in a Santa costume, bringing joy to the neighbors who saw him that snowy night. This captures his spirit of a very giving, loving person who was also a great friend to many.

Kyle is survived by his mother Mary Ann Arnold; father Glen Arnold; sister Kayla Brazeal & husband John; nephews & niece: Zeke, Kendra, Ewan Brazeal; grandparents Bob & Barbara Jones; many other relatives and friends.
