Kim Carol Raven was born January 29, 1961 to Shirley and Ernie Toepfer in Buffalo, New York. Kim had 3 sisters Cheryl, Barbara, and Tina. She moved to Omaha NE with her family. When she was 17 she met Joseph Raven Jr.They were married in Omaha.Together they had 2 children Vincent and Diane. She is preceded in death by her Sister Barbara Christiano, father Ernie, father in-law Joseph Raven, sister in-law Beverly Arellano and brother in-law Terry Montgomery. She is survived by her husband Joe, Mother Shirley ; Son Vincent & wife Jennifer; Daughter Diane; Sisters: Cheryl & Tina Toepfer; Grandchildren Paige and Emma Samaniego, Eliza and Westley Raven ;With her life cut short she leaves behind many relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. Kim worked on the phone as a teleservices representative for 31 years. Her love and talent for talking to people is what helped to fuel her long career. She worked at several places performing a variety of duties but they all involved people. She also enjoyed spending many family vacations in Dent, Minnesota at Kimps Kamp. Which included lots of fishing, relaxing, nights around the campfire with smores and plenty of family time. Kim was an avid football fan and always loved cheering on her beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers and Minnesota Vikings. She wouldcheer very loudly even though she was watching the game on TV at home. She loved cooking for her family and fiends every chance she could get. She was also an renown baker which she loved to do. Some of her well known dishes include bunny cakes, cupcakes, garlic potatoes, and oyster crackers. She loved to watch people enjoy her treats. Kim loved having her grandchildren in her house. She enjoyed having tea parties with real snacks, marching through the house having a parade, playing cars, doctor, babies and whatever they asked of her. She would give them constant treats to eat and sneak them some more when they had already had too much. She did anything and everything for them all the time. She loved them all so much. Kim is survived by her Husband Joe Raven; Mother Shirley Toepfer; Son Vincent Raven & wife Jennifer; Daughter Diane Raven; Sisters: Cheryl & Tina Toepfer; 4 Grandchildren; Many other relatives and friends.
