Kenneth Lundberg

Kenneth Earl (Butch) Lundberg, 72, of Gretna, Nebraska, passed away February 21, 2025, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, following complications from surgery.
Butch was born on September 28, 1952, in Estherville, Iowa, to Kenneth and Dorothy (Clark) Lundberg He attended grade school in Dakota City, Nebraska, and graduated from South Sioux City High School with the class of 1970.

Butch and Inez Wilson were united in marriage on July 3, 1969. On September 30, 1980 he married Cheryl Mandicino. Butch worked as a chef in various establishments in the tri-state area. He enjoyed watching baseball and other sports.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Cheryl Lundberg; Additional survivors include his children Amy Yeager, Ty Lundberg, and Domi Mandicino, three grandchildren, four great grandchildren; his siblings Jeanine (Jim) Bliven, Paul (Pat) Lundberg, Janell (Ken) Adams, and Joanne (Mike) Chedester, his sister in law Kathy (Danny) Lethcoe; and many nieces and nephews.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents; niece Mary McInnis and nephew Chris Harris.
