John Michael "Jack" Diesing

DIESING, John Michael “Jack” age 67 years of Omaha passed away December 27, 2008. Jack was born September 15, 1941 in Des Moines, Iowa. Jack work for the city of Omaha as a fire fighter and paramedic. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, William and Catherine Diesing and brother, Bill Diesing. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Diesing; step-mother, Elaine Diesing; son, Jeff Diesing; daughter, Cathy DeSpain, husband Joey; step-daughter, Jill Madden, fiancé Chris Lewis; brothers, Bob Diesing, wife Connie, Tom Diesing, wife Kit; sister-in-law, Gayle Diesing; grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Vanessa, Kristen, Michaela, Bethany, Jessica, Kyle, Maya, Gabriella, Kori, Griffin, Tony and Mason and great grandchild, Connor. Jack is also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Memorial visitation for Jack will be Tuesday, 5-8 PM at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel). Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church ( 100 S. 9th St. Springfield, NE). Memorials can be directed to the family then forwarded to Jack’s favorite charity.
