WATT, Joan N. age 79 years of Omaha passed away February 7, 2009 in Lincoln. She was born June 24, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska. Joan sold Avon product most of her life and was known as the "Avon Lady". She married her husband, Jerry Watt, March 11, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents, Filippo and Grazia Nigro and three brothers. Joan is survived by her husband, Jerry Watt of 60 years; children, Gerald Lee Watt, Debra Ann Champion (Jim), David Phillip Watt, Mark Anthony Watt and Bruce Jeffrey Watt. Grandchildren, John Wylie (Ricki), Phillip Wylie (Susan), Kathryn Wylie (Travis Main) and great grandchildren, Lucas, Montgomery, Lauren, Dominic and Wyatt. Celebration of Joan’s Life will be Thursday, 11:00AM at Braman Mortuary (72nd St. Chapel). Visitation will be Wednesday 5-8 PM with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at the Mortuary. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to the family.
