CUMMINS, Joan I. age 87 years of Omaha passed February 14, 2011. Joan was born January 18, 1924 in Wahpeton, ND. She graduated from High School in Hankinson, ND and from Lutheran Nurse Training School, 1945 in Sioux City, IA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl; parents, Alfred & Marth; sister, Lula; brothers, Raymond, Woodrow and Alfred, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Tonya Cummins. Joan is survived by her sons, Craig (Maurine) Cummins of Omaha, Bruce Cummins of Kansas City, MO; granchildren, Erica, Jake, Kylene and Chadron Cummins; brother, Earl Bladow of Selah, WA. Funeral Service, Friday, 1:00PM at St. Mark Lutheran Church (1821 N. 90th St.) Visitation begins Friday, 10:00AM at the church. Interment, Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park Memorials can be directed to the church.
