He is preceded in death by his parents, John & Ruth Leever; brothers, Donald R. & John S. Leever; sisters, Lolita Bond & DeLoris Stephens. Jerry is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carole Leever; daughter, Lori (Tim) Willenberg; sons, Jerry (Ann) Leever, Tim Leever; sisters-in-law, Lorraine & Betty Leever, Ann Heider, Janis (Dave) Mikesic; brother-in-law, Joel (Vicki) Heider; grandchildren, Evan, Brett, Bethany, Jordan & Jessica.
