Jeremiah’s greatest passion was the love he had for his mother. He also had an extreme passion for fishing and spending time in the outdoors along with trap shooting, basketball, spending time with his Dad working on the Mustang and playing with his brothers. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sheyanne; grandparents, Marco Mendoza and Penny Lea Marriott O’Conner. He is survived by his parents, Jennah & Dominik Chase, SFC; brothers, Chase Maris and Caidyn Chase; grandparents, Dan & Roxie Chase; great grandparents, Charles & Roberta Williams; great grandmother Jan Chase; uncles, Jason Chase, Troy & Danell Chase and their children, Brody & Shaylee, Charles Chase, Hon Chase & Therese Ronkar; best friend, Dylan Keller; principal, mentor & friend, Jeff Alfrey. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Braman Mortuary, Southwest Chapel. Private family services will be held.
