Survivors include husband, Jeff Douchey; children, Jeff Fay, Julie Fay, Jamie Johnson; son in law, Joe Johnson; five grandchildren; the Douchey sisters and brothers in law; brother, Tony Rose. Preceded in death by mother, Annette Rose and brother, Jeffery Scott.
