Outside of work, Jeff was a huge fan of sports. Baseball was his favorite. He loved watching his son pitch & rallying around MLB & College baseball games, supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes, and organizing Bocce Leagues in Omaha, NE. Jeff enjoyed listening to music, especially country music artists like Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams Jr. His favorite line from Waylon was " Lord, I've seen the world with a five-piece band. Looking at the back side of me" and he would grin every time he heard it. He loved creating memories with his three brothers. A favorite song of theirs was "The Boys Are Back in Town" as a reminder of their unconditional love for each other. One of Jeff’s favorite bible verses: Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
