Omaha, NE 68137 (402)895-3400 Jeff Bart is the youngest of six children. He is a “book-end” to his big sister Pam. You see, we are the beginning and the end of two-sets of twins. Our mother Joan, gave birth to two sets of twins back to back. Growing up was fun in the Bart household. It was always chaotic but I guess that is how it would be with six kids, two dogs, and many, many hamsters, and maybe a few fish. Growing up we played softball, baseball, we swam like fish during the summer, and we always went camping and fishing. Jeff loved to fish and the outdoors. He always liked to camp. My mom would always get mad when he took the good towels camping because they never came back or they came back ruined. Thus, started the tradition of buying mom towels every year for Christmas. Jeff enjoyed hanging out with his big brothers. They liked to build things and “blow” things up. When I say “blow” things up, Jeff and his brothers really liked the 4th of July. It was probably their most favorite holiday. Even though we were city kids, my mom and dad made sure we knew what it was like out on the farm. We spent many weekends and weeks at grandma and grandpa’s farm. Jeff and the rest of us would climb in the old barn but we would never tell grandma. We also played many, many games of Yahtzee on the farm. I am sure he is playing Yahtzee with Grandma Schutte right now. We can hear the dice rolling in heaven. Jeff loved his nieces and nephews. His niece Bailey said only just a few days ago that Jeff was one of her favorite uncles because “he is great with kids.” He was great with kids ~ he would take the kids to the park and play with them as if we were a little kid. Jeff will always be our little kid brother. We love you Jeff!
