TOLLIVER, Jay D. age 60 years of Omaha Jun. 4, 1953 ~ Nov. 20, 2013 Jay owned his own carpentry business Lifetime Improvements for several years before beginning a new career as a Journeyman Plumber. He was an amazing woodworker and enjoyed making special things for many of his family members & friends. He enjoyed the great outdoors, motorcycles & four-wheelers. His joyful spirit will be missed by many. He is preceded in death by his son, Jason D. Tolliver; parents, Truman & Kathleen Tolliver. Jay is survived by his wife of 35 years, Roxanne Tolliver; daughter, Katie and husband and three children; siblings, John (Zelma) Tolliver, Linda Tolliver, Garry (Linda) Tolliver, Harry (Sherrie) Tolliver, Crystal Hatterman, Sandy Larson, Debbie (Dave) Monahan, Allen (Ruth) Tolliver, Cindy (Mike) Ames, Cheryl Peterson; 31 nieces & nephews; 59 great-nieces & nephews; 3 great-great-nieces & nephews. Memorial Service, Sunday, 2:00PM at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel) Special thanks to his daughter, Katie; granddaughter, Taylor; Cheryl & Tami Peterson, Allen & Ruth Tolliver for all their love & dedicated care during the last fourteen months. Also special thanks to Dr. Stephano Tarantolo, Dee and all the amazing staff at Midwest Cancer Center and Hospice Staff. Memorials can be directed to Midwest Cancer Center
