Janet M. Tracey passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Omaha, Nebraska on October 9, 2024. She was born to Curtis and Virgina Mann on October 3, 1945 in Danville, Virginia. Now she lives in heaven.

She was an incredibly selfless woman who served God faithfully, loved her family and friends fiercely, and was always looking for ways to help others. Known for the twinkle in her eye, she was always up for an adventure.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband Charles Sheldon Tracey, Jr.; Surviving are her two sons Jeremy Charles Tracey (Jill) of Omaha, NE, and Timothy John Tracey (Tricia) of Naples, Fla.; her siblings JoAnn Meece, Barbara Williams, and Richard Mann; and three grandchildren, Alyssa, Nathan, and Noah Tracey.
