MAUK, Janet “Carmen” of Omaha, passed away April 23, 2012. Carmen is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert “Bob” Mauk; children, Terry Mauk Andersen, Janet Morris, Robert “Bob” Mauk, Jr.; brother, Richard “Dick” Chase; five grandchildren & one great-grandchild, Lilly; and many loving family members.
