Shomshor, James S. 11/20/45 - 11/16/18 James Scott Shomshor, 72, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, in Omaha, Nebraska.He was born November 20, 1945, to William and Beatrice (Heinzman) Shomshor in Grand Island, Nebraska.He graduated from Central Catholic High School and served in the United States Air Force. Proceeded in death by his parents and brothers William and Thomas Survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Margo and Larry Denning of Salina, Kansas, his sister-in-law, Linda Shomshor of Aurora, Colorado, and many nephews and nieces A private inurnment will take place at Westlawn Memorial Park, Grand Island, Nebraska. The family suggests memorials be made to the Omaha VA Medical Center (Veterans' Hospital) 4104 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68105.
