WHITE, James G. “Jimmy”- February 25, 1926 ~ July 25, 2010 James was born in Atkinson, Nebraska and passed away in Omaha. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Betty M. (Novacek); children Becky (Gary) Fendrick and Neal (Carmen) White; grandchildren Anne Marie (Chris) Kabes, Mary Moertl, Julia Moertl, Jeanette Fendrick, Suzanne Fendrick; great-grandchild Maya Kabes, other loving relatives and friends. James served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and was a member of American Legion Post 1. He was a long time member of Omaha Musicians’ Association Local 70-558 and a Master Mason in Covert Lodge #11. An alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, James was a retired financial specialist with Nebraska Credit Union League.
