Irene was born in Alberta, Canada. She was preceded in death by, husbands Orville West & Harold Adams, parents Jack & Reba Sager, brother George Sager, sisters Betty Peterson & Wanda Boyd; Survived by, daughter Joyce Luetticke; Sisters Mary Hord & Lila Lewis; Brother Jack Sager; Grandchildren, Lori Thomas, Randi (Dave) Schulte, Linda (Dan) Nelson, Terry (Chrystal) Sims; 15 Great Grandchildren & 24 Great-Great Grandchildren. Memorial Service: Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Chapel).
