Hom Sy of Omaha, Neb., born on October 7, 1963 in Cambodia, was known for her amazing smile; loud, infectious laugh; and loving and positive personality even while battling cancer up until the day she passed on Monday, November 16, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Hol; her children: Noree (with wife, Adrienne), Nariet, Chanthu, Cody; and her siblings: Hay, Hoeu, Lev, Rin, Thuch, Vannessa, Samedy. Hom was preceded in death by her parents, Loeurn Ek and Bon Loch. Funeral service Saturday, November 21, 1:00 PM at Braman Mortuary, Southwest Chapel. Visitation Friday 5-8pm and the funeral home.
