Holly R. Sunderman

SUNDERMAN, Holly R. August 2, 1974 ~ October 25, 2018 Holly Rene’ Tesar was born August 2, 1974 in Beatrice, NE to adoring parents Rene and Judy. They were elated to have a baby girl to join her big brother and complete their family. Holly was baptized together with her Dad, Mom and brother at First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ Beatrice, NE on July 12, 1986 by Dr. Robin Welch. Holly attended Beatrice Public Schools graduating in 1993, then on to receive an Associate’s Degree in Office Management at SE Community College. Upon completion of her degree, she was hired at Encore MFG in Beatrice Holly met her soul mate and the love of her life Kurt Sunderman, they were married September 26, 1998. The following year they moved to Derby, KS and Holly worked at the Wichita Clinic. This is where they welcomed Daniel in 2000. They were transferred to Salina; KS and she was employed at Raytheon and Complete Family Dentistry. They welcomed Jacob in 2003 while in Salina. 2008 brought them to Omaha and this is where Holly was employed as secretary at Reagan Elementary; the job she loved most. She enjoyed the teachers, kids and parents and made many new friends along the way. She loved “The School with Heart” and was “The Heart of the School”. Holly loved being a wife and mother, she took great interest in her boy’s education and activities …always ready to help them with whatever they needed. She encouraged them to do their best. She was a tireless worker a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and aunt. She gave all of us so much and asked for so little in return. Holly is preceded in death by her Grandparents, John & Elsie Tesar and Edwin & Zelma Bauer; Niece, Justine Elizabeth Tesar and numerous Aunts, Uncle's, Relatives & Friends She is survived by her Husband of 20 years, Kurt; Sons, Daniel & Jacob; Parents, Rene & Judy Tesar; Mother & Father-in-law, Judy & Rob Sunderman; Brother, Brad (Angie) Tesar; Nephews, Drew & Jordan Tesar and many Aunts, Uncles, Relatives & Friends. GATHERING OF FAMILY & FRIENDS: Monday, October 29, 2018 from 5-8:00PM at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel) CELEBRATION OF HOLLY’S LIFE: Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 11:00AM at The Water’s Edge Church (19600 Harrison St) In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will be used in Holly’s memory at a later time.
