Herb 'Sonny" Andrews was born in Midwest Wyoming to Herbert and Mildred Andrews. He was a Navy Veteran and a proud 43-year employee of Union Pacific. He enjoyed bicycle riding and especially participating in BRAN (Bicycle Ride Across Nebraska) and watching baseball. Survived by loving wife of 71 years, Theresa (Kuhfahl). Preceded in death by parents Herbert and Mildred Andrews, infant son Dana Dean, son Richard 'Rick' (June 2019) and brother James. Survived by children: Mike Andrews, Sandi & Ray Weinberg, Deb & Leo Billings, Daughter-in-law Diane Andrews, Dave and Mary Andrews, Terri Andrews, Steve & Mary Andrews, Jeff Andrews, Mary & Bob Short and Bill Andrews. Grandchildren: Michelle & Sean Heim, Jeff & Joannah Andrews, Carie & Shane Wilson, Jeremy Andrews (Bryanna Kelley), Cory & Becky Billings, Jim Billings (fiancé Melissa Hosch), Nicole Galley, Dan Billings, Matt Schulte (mom Linnea Schulte), Carlin Andrews (Michael Podpeskar), and Megan Short. Great grandchildren: Austin & McKenna Heim, Kaylen Andrews (mom Nikki Moore), Callie & Jaycee Billings, Dylan & Jaxson Andrews & Cheyenne Schilke, Layden, Kolton & Braelyn Wilson and Abigail Galley. Survived by sisters and brothers; Marcia Iken (CO), Charles Andrews (NE), Susie Adams (OR) and Arthur 'Andy' & Linda Andrews (IA),. Herb is also survived by sister-in-laws Betty Andresen, Bernadine Kuhfahl and Helen Kuhfahl, Many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
