He was preceded in death by daughter Dawn Pollreis, brother Stanley Mintken, infant twin brother Larry Mintken. Gary is survived by his Wife of 55 years, Joyce Mintken; Daughter Melanie (Steve) Lozano; Son-in-law Daniel Pollreis; Grandchildren: Ashley Meyer, Jake & Jordan Lozano, Noah & Colby Pollreis; Great Grandsons Gage & Kane Meyer; Siblings: Cindy (Dan) Schaulis, Richard (Genie) Mintken, Donna (Greg) Reeson, Judy Zimmerman; Many other relatives & friends.
