Francena "Fran" M. Smith

Preceded in death by parents Loren D. Ring and Helen M. Enson. Survived by husband Melvin of 63 years; son Wes Smith and his wife Jackie; and son Terry Smith and his wife Joan. Survived also by 6 grandchildren: Francie Smith; Traci Ebner and husband Harold; Kenny Smith and wife Emily; Josie Smith; Monica Benigno and husband Dan; Teresa Smith; and 10 great grandchildren: Morgan, Maggie, Zoe, Zane, Christopher, Nicholas, Olivia, Elias, Kianu and Orilen. Fran and Melvin were the owners and operators of Smith Service Center formerly located at 60th and Ames in Omaha, Nebraska, for 32 years. Fran was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother, and she will be missed dearly. Visitation: Wed. after 4 PM, with family present 6-8:00 PM at Braman Mortuary (72 St. Chapel). Celebration of Fran’s Life: Thur., Dec. 2, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Braman Mortuary (72 St. Chapel). Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorials to the Alzheimers Assoc.
