Our beloved grandpa, husband and father, Eugene S. Mróz , passed away on February 13th, 2021 at the age of 65 at the Clarkson Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Eugene was born in Poland in the city of Piasek on July 23rd, 1955. In his younger years, he was a vivid professional cyclist.He represented Poland on a cyclist national team in many tours and won multiple competitions.He has parted from cycling at the age 26 and immigrated to the United States.He settled in Harford, CT where he lived with his wife Irene until they came to Omaha Nebraska in December of 1992 to join their daughter Beata and they son-in-law Darek. He became a very talented metal fabricator, a profession he enjoyed until his passing. He will be missed by his wife Irene, his daughter Beata, his son-in-law Darek, his grandchildren Kristofer and Mathew, his sisters, uncles many nephews and nieces.
