Mansmith, Esther Ruth (Gifford) Dec 11, 1925 - Mar 13, 2010 Passed away in Renton, WA. She was born to Earl and Dora Gifford in Elsie, NE. Esther graduated from Central High School in Omaha, NE in 1944. She then attended Creighton University where she met Robert Mansmith and was married on June 12th 1948. Esther and her husband Robert lovingly raised three sons, Bob Jr., Jim and Kerry. Esther retired as an accountant for Sears in 1988. She was a member of Nativity Lutheran Church in Renton, WA. In her spare time Esther enjoyed gardening and sewing. Esther is survived by her three sons, Robert (Barbara) Mansmith Jr., James (Corinne) Mansmith and Kerry (Tesresita) Mansmith; grandson, Chris Mansmith; brother, Donald Gifford; sister, Dorothy Platenberg and numerous extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mansmith Sr. on November 1, 1997.
