Lohrenz, Elma J. 9/27/1927 ~ 9/10/2018 Elma J. Lohrenz, a resident of Omaha, Passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018. She reached the age of 90 years, 11 months and 10 days. Elma was born in Saskatchewan, Canada and grew up in Kansas. Elma was a public-school teacher, first in Kansas and then in Kearney, Nebraska. Elma is preceded in death by: Her parents, Abraham & Minnie Jost; Step-mother, Katherine Jost; Brother, Loyal and Sister, Ruby Loewen. She is survived by: Husband of 65 years, Otto; Son, Stuart Jon and wife Colleen of Rockford, IL, son Murray Kent and wife Betty of Omaha; 4 Grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great-grandchildren and four nephews, Don, Rick, Jim and Mark Loewen.
