HANSON, Geneva (Gen) Daughter of George and Millie (Chestnut) Miner, was born January 22, 1924 in Reserve, Kansas. Attended and Graduated Reserve High School. Married Floyd Ford in 1941, Two sons were born Bill and Bob. After Floyd’s death in 1949, Gen and her sons moved to Columbus, Nebraska. She worked at Becton Dickenson for 5 yrs. Later moved to Omaha, where she worked for Nash Label for 32 years. Married Clifford Hanson August 31, 1973 He passed away June 12th 2000 Members of Messiah Lutheran Church in Ralston, NE VFW Aux. #3421, South Omaha Eagles F.O.E. 154 Aux and past President. A member of Ralston American Legion Aux #373 and a post President. Preceded in death by her parents, a step father Carrol Rumyan, , son Bill, brother Earl, Step-Daughter Judy Hanson, her first husband Floyd and also Clifford. Survived by Lorie Ford of Arroyo Grande, CA. Son Bob and wife Mary of Keysport, IL. 2 Step-Sons Galen and Cathy Hanson of Carter Lake, IA. Paul and Dian of Millard. 6 Step-Daughters, Gloria and Dennis Mascher of FFarragut, IA. Barbara and Del of DesMoins, IA.
