Elizabeth H. Reynolds

April 30, 1913 — August 16, 2013

Elizabeth Reynolds was born to Fred and Mertal Wolf in Central City, NE on April 30, 1913. She recently celebrated her 100th birthday joined by her many loving friends and family. She passed away on August 16, 2013. Elizabeth was one of a kind-a selfless, giving and caring lady who always put others first. She was compassionate and always made everyone feel special because to her they were. And she loved her cats, cats, cats-See a cat, and think of Elizabeth. She found value in everything and everyone, and could make something good out of absolutely nothing. She personalized everything she gave. She was outgoing and warm, witty with a keen sense of humor which made one gravitate to her. She was a guiding light to many and helped many through life’s journey. She served as church secretary for Benson Baptist Church for 25 years and was active in AWB and other church organizations. She loved her Lord and faithfully served Him throughout her life. She led by example and that is her legacy. In her words, “My friends in Christ – I love you all and can’t thank God enough for blessings all my life. I praise Him, love Him, and thank Him.” She will greet us with a smile on the other side. She was preceded in death by daughter, Jerelene, her siblings, Bob Wolf, Cal Wolf, Laurie Ronne and Dale Wolf. She is survived by her sons, John Reynolds and children John, Dan, Julie, Amy and Brook and their families and Ron Reynolds, wife, Jackie and children, Jackie, Kim, Melissa, Jim, Joe and Tim and their families. She had 24 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
