Donna Faye Lesley

LESLEY, Donna F. 1/3/1946 – 2/20/2021 Donna Lesley grew up in Oakland, Nebraska with her parents, Wade and Lola Denton. Along side her brothers and sisters, Larry, Jerry, Sharon, Tom and Pat. There, she studied cosmetology and later she met the love of her life, Neal Lesley at the age of 19 and have been married for 55 years. As those years went by she gave birth to her first born Jay and four years later Jolene came. During this time, Donna continued do follow her passion of cutting hair. Donna, along with cutting hair, had a wide variety of hobbies, ranging from baking cookies and other sweeties for her family and clients or spending weekends with her grandchildren, AJ and Sam. Donna had the biggest heart and always put others before herself. She has been loyal member of St. Paul’s Lutheran church for over 25 years. She has always put her faith and trust in God’s hands and now we pray that God has taken her into his hands. "Rest in eternal peace" Donna was Preceded in death by son Jay Thomas Lesley'; She is survived by her Husband of 55 years, Neal Lesley; Daughter Jolene Dominguez & husband Al; Grandchildren: A.J. and Samantha. Celebration of Donna’s Life: Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Paul Lutheran Church (13271 Millard Ave.) Interment at the Omaha National Cemetery will take place at a later date.
